What events i cant top up am i still able to get it?

Any idea abt how much is required for the last two packs in visored?Is it still 12k/15k? I don't see the req value thats y wondering...And i have 10.5k coupons atm...Think i can get the last pack for the hogu?? If not is it better to skip this one and get the 120 set and hogu next time or just get the 120 set this time for hiki since I will get her eventually

keep getting dc from eu..anyone else having the same issue?
