I made a fatal mistake taking mod soul hollow instead of mod soul kenpachi hollow is giving me much more kido dmg and kenpachi would give me much more phy attack

you can get massive bonus from treasures...  and check stones as well, stones also give MASSIVE boost to power

but its an ichibae

He should have rented shin isshin to cast void on enemy assaulters, then ichibe doesn't matter much at this point, I think.

Of all zanpakuto which are available to you right now, the one that you are using is more suitable for vanguard, you can beat him later on when you get stark. Maybe you can try switching to kazeshini to boost your assaulters and supporters as well.
