which one is better for noza?
i have 92fury point right now
and should decide between (REVIVE:recover 3% HP) and (PSYCHIC: 8fury point)
when noza attacks he recovers 272k HP

yeah both shinigami kensei and brenji are fully t1

imo PSYCHIC: 8fury point is better for you because noza recover 100 fury for 1 ally that will help

yeah thanks
but dont forget kensei and brenji recover 100% fury every turn
so the 100 fury point will be good only for main and my supporter

IMO revive will be a lot better for noza especially since you're using senbon with him so he lacks hp regen, if you make him T1 you will only speed up his fossilize meaning that already in second round none of your characters will be able to damage enemy's vanguard, also if characters other than noza will die before his skill you will speed up his fossilize loop by 1 round so better reconsider making him T1 at all
In most cases noza T1 will harm you more than help you or he simply won't have much effect on battle, although in some situations noza T1 is useful I don't think it would be worth to resign from revive enchant for it

blue and purples stones give revive which recovers 3% of partner's maximal hp while red stone gives blood-sucking which recovers hp equal to 5% damage what partner makes, for vanguards the first one is a lot better
