Well, at the point where you are now, you basically just started with the game. You need to build up a solid base (gears, stones, hogu, etc. as well as easier-to-get partners, so tavern and swp partners) to go from for now. For that, what Mylar said is basically the things you need to know and do.
Focus on PVE at first, because once you manage to be successfull there, it'll give you the things you need for other stuff (most notably Silver). Grimmjow from Special War Powers is a good, rather cheap (silver-wise) partner to start with, Ikkaku from lv 80 tavern is another good choice that you can use until lv 110 and beyond if you don't get anything better. Urahara is pretty much a must-have partner for everything (there's a reason why pretty much every player has him). With these three, you already have a good setup that should enable you to one-shot ryokas (I'd suggest using the 8th skill of your main in PVE). An additional supporter like ukitake or cute orihime won't be bad as well, tho the latter one is more expensive to get.
As Mylar said, Byakuya is a good partner for PVP, if you need one (tho personally, I'd think that at your stage, Yama would be the better addition. But just like cute orihime, he'd be harder/more expensive to obtain), but you could also give your best gear to your main and use his final skill in PVP for the time being. For vanguards, komamura is sturdy for himself, Nnoitra from lv 90 tavern will help you assaulters to survive (hollowed ichi from lv 110 tavern is basically an improved version of Nnoitra).
I'd say, once you're able to one-shot ryoka for more than just the first 3-5 waves, you could start to think and plan bigger (like turning partners red, working for stuff from soul cultivation, maybe even csb).
Another advise, especially when you're low VIP or f2p: don't waste your coupons. They're precious, so use them wisely. The best way to use them is actually to save them up in large amounts and spend them on lv 4 stone packs during the event "Visored revenge" (important!). right now, you need 12k coupons to make full use of one visored event. It may be a hassle and take some time to save up that much, but it's worth it.
Another good event for you might be Seiretei Attack, where you can burn vitality to get lots of decent stones (Lv 4-7). |
