TBH, in my opinion, he can't unless you stack Shinso hardcore, otherwise, Kirinji is faster than Shinso. Kirinji was born/build to be fast, his agility growth rate is 5.2 while Shinso's agility growth rate is 3.8...

tru-but keep in mind i built kiuke to be maybe almost as fast-So in theory i figure shinso being faster than kisuke im thinking will add the needed speed.In theory as i stacked kisuke

well what im taking away from this is i should jst get to work strive-& ill update with my work..I jst wanted opinions before i ruined my team trying to rework it.I appreciate all the feed back.Basicly im understanding kirinji and hiki are jst faster so il have to down play their speed for shinso or stack him taking away from every1..i think the answer is pure t1..
