Which is better: Hiki's main skill or excl skill?

in that case you whould only need fury stones on rest partners to reach 85 startin fury in case she doesnt give 22 crit fury regen,   
up side its not even worth tryin to do the math on how fast she is compared to kisuke, down side u will have to get her exclu skill unlocked at exclu 70 which costs 33730 frags, alot but like i said, if you cant afford a newer red or orange type support then hiki's exclu skill will help you greatly since u use kisuke.

in my opinion, kisuke is good low to mid part of the game, late game hes good only due to hes 100 fury to all upon death, and even that is tricky cuz a faster yama or senju will block u from gainin the fury from kisukes death

depends on your vip level and opponents, if your opponents uses Raijin or similar you cant defeat them even with ex. hiki and better think about muken and his ex.

My server's old so we don't have a lot of competition anymore lol, and the only way i could make a stand against the bigger boys was with good ol kisuke and cheap T1. the main guy I'm trying to beat became a regular top-up guy and I can't compete with that haha XD but he runs hiki, koga, true shikai, and kirinji, all at least 5 levels above me and fully modded. So I prob don't have a chance regardless...I'm at that awkward place in arena where I'm the strongest basically f2p and everyone above me is a high vip. But there's always csb to take into consideration

mostly they run hiki's and kirinji's to be honest...only a couple of people above me in arena so not much diversity unless someone rents raijin on the odd occassion. I'm vip 4 but don't top up any more. For my form I'm not sure muken or the zan would be better (i run tensa now with main, yama, demon ichi, red kisuke (one day would like to replace him with shinso but if i get hiki's excl then I can maybe get someone else instead) and a sad pathetic tavern gin who i'm going to replace with hiki once she's buff enough)

in that case, you might wanna consider goin for muken first, as for the rest, hiki still a good counter vs hiki and kirinji only if u manage to get yours faster, and shinso is a very good partner still especially since u dont top anymore and you aint plannin to buy other suport. hes dmg aint that bad, hes speed aura very nice and with him you can have a full t1 formation easy. tensa is still a very good zanp even with katen,rj and kyoka zanp available so dont rush to swap tensa for kyoka, muken will help more than kyoka
kyoka is a good rj counter but in order to counter, u will need quite serious defense otherwise u still risk gettin 1shot so the sweet debuff removal from kyoka will be made useless

hmm yes good point, not like I'm running into many rj users (only 1 on my server and he's the strongest), so muken does look better. For PVE I was swapping out yama for brenji and then using rented shin isshin, but I could replace shin isshin with muken then . I think the 1095 day sign in is 38888 coupons if i'm not mistaken...could be best opportunity to get him coupon-wise

there might be another way to get sgin but it depends if anni event with those 2 free 200g topup cards comes again, then you could try gettin shinso from reio guardian for 3200g gold, those cupons might be better used to get lvl 4 stone packs and make muken t1 without dependin on fury from hiki exclu or any other fury giver, that way ur chances to win in pvp will increase since hes immune to fury deduction

I can always hope lol. I don't think they'll be giving too many of those top up cards away though...also would have a deficit of gold, I've used 1 top up card during bankai power and i'm sitting on 688 gold. Hard to turn that in to 3200g

Only other option is legend gallery if it ever comes back (if i get enough top up cards)
