lol  a while back i picked up a pair of str ones and a pair of stamia 140s and a pair of wisdom 130s for my TSI who will eventually give them to Muken  XD  no regrets on that front, they are amazing for sure
just make sure you farm the free frags all week and only buy more on last day so you can get all the free frags and not have to buy as many!!

that depends on your luck bro...  realisticly, I got one piece per rotation and spent on average of 600 gold each....  but being that it's all random you may get it with 1 or 2 purchases of the expensive pack, or you may need to buy it more times...  it's really a mater of very simple math bro...  look at how much each pack costs, then see how many frags you get per pack... not trying to be rude, but if you can't handle that kind of math, maybe this isn't the game for you...

meh. I will wait till an event which lvl 140 acc set will be 8k. There was once (when B.Toshiro has been released). So I will wait for another similar event.
