you both right and wrong, it's 50% chance

can trigger 10/20 rounds, 0/20 rounds, 20/20 rounds, whatever it's a chance, it's not dependable what it should be deemed as since you'll be basing survival off chances

but can't be spoken from experience if it's a 50% chance thing, it will be just completely random, often or not often, never or always etc. ^^
