Nozarashi>Aizen>Ulquiora>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Panthera>dont really even bother with the rest unless you can get thier excsluive even then thier P bad.
AS for Purple to gold partners:Sado and Rukia can be a good choice and rather easy to build and run.

Noza requires VIP5 and Ulti Aiz VIP6, I can't afford neither of them.

Rukia good purple character worth upgrading to gold and using end game if you have an assaulter than can wipe out everything ONLY if you pair her to assist with Urahara. PVE wise she still invaluable as long as you don't want to give your paycheck to gogames. But PVP she has her uses as well. As previously mentioned if you have a great aoe assaulter but he's not fast enough and immune to fury deduct she can be a greater trap along with urahara to deal with an opposing stacked 1 partner to give him fury to not only get him to also skill T1 but also give him extra fury to ensure he helps wipe them out in one go. It's a set up i currently run.
