Yeah, he's 30k in karakura town festival.

But but, i get stones from reio ;o and Guys, which mod soul is best to get from bargain sale? And should i focus exclusive skill on oetsu/kukaku/or raijin(leased) oetsu is already at 20, ichibei is at 10 but i can take it off of him, brenji is at 6, tenjiro is at 11 (can also take off of him to put on raijin)
