In csb, I'm pretty high ranked, tje number one guy has 4mill and he's level 150 and has every character reincarnated twice. I'm ranked 7 so far, everyone,above is a mill bp or higher. Plus they all have one or two t1

Not bad at all. You don't need to rush with reincarnation, with that team you will get good rewards in lower brackets of TOT.

buying a TSI now will not stop his T1 in the future...  I'm looking short to mid term...  TSI is a solid vang, even if not stacked...  for sure much better than Ichebe could dream of being...  and when I said stack a vang, I didn't really mean stack him...  more ignore the rest of your party and only build him for a few months (but don't take anything off of other partners)  once you get his block rate up, his healing mod going, some good bonds, you can leave him be because a tanky hard blocking vang will never go out of style, and lets face it, two of the rarest partners i've seen out there is B Rukia and Oetsu, leaving the fact open that a well built vanguard is something all the cool kids need

TSI is better vanguard then Ichibe when it comes to stacking, to get fully moded TSI and change most of his mods to block would take time, silver and cupons. I just think its way smarter for this guy to keep Ichibe who is really good vanguard when it comes to pure defense without any investment in him. He will get Muken fast, he really doesn't need to think that much about vanguard . Instead of using his gold to buy TSI he can invest it later to buy orange partner, only orange partner would be upgrade for his current team.

Advanced bracket in TOT has great rewards and less competition. In future if you see that you can be 1st in that bracket you should really wait with reincarnation for a longer time period.

That escalated quickly , get T1 for Hikfune so you can make him even more broken with that 50% att buff.

been watchin u here and honestly with rj u dont really need a vg, especially a 20k gold vg or more.
or you could do like bernkastel and get kuka to increase ur def even more with rj
why not consider a hasch+bankai toshi+hiv ?
