my shinso has almost 800k speed in battle and never dodges, ever, even with 100% dodge rate

Well ofc he won't dodge, most partners have at start 100%+ hit rate. You can't dodge in late game with that low dodge rate. Also why did you mention speed, speed doesn't have anything in common with dodge. You are so funny guy haha.

Not if you have Sode as main zanp, it gives you 50% dodge rate.

Sode no Shirayuki does not give your team dodge, and even if it did, as I said before

Building dodge on any character is useless

With more speed from Sode no Shirayuki's buff i can dodge more hits.

I was just saying that Zento is not a daily player, many things have changed since he has been, if you don't understand that that would stunt his experience some, you have real issues bro...  either way, have a good day, I'd done with this stupid debate...

Advice being relevant will never make sense if the advice he gives is right no matter what compared to other advice given. And the advice he give is relevant any way, so it still not make sense what you say.
