Honestly its a simple thing Ikkkaku is overall for an f2p a better assaulter and just better than byak in general if not for one thing and thats byaks death mod itto kaso which makes him very good for void and i am ngl thats realy just about it byak has nothing more special.

Ikkaku has a more immediately effective power boost for PVE and PVP from what you get as an f2p so far and if you are someone who cant afford a good replacement via gold he should be the first thing to get from lvl 80 tavern even b4 kisuke and latter on if you decide to get his exclusive he is better than byak in PVP still cause his skill with high enough crit and tavern kisuke allows him to hit each turn with a massive 160% AOE.

Now the answer to this for any f2p or low VIP needed a good assaulter is simple ~~UBP~~ get ikkaku and keep running him all the way up to when you think you are done
with a solid PVE formation and can maintain yourself with a steady supply of silver and resources form ES and Ryoka. Thats when an f2p should get focus on byak and if you saved as much as 80 gold from Top up Cards or start up gold pack you can inherit ikkakus mod frags and Exclusive onto byak if need be come and then use him his exclusive skill is better in PVE and though he has a weaker PVP skill but his death mod is the main thing that makes up for it.

Simply Put if you dont want to read the above section:
lvl 80 get Ikkaku and then kisuke>After you have completed your team and have a stable supply of Silver from ES and Ryoka>Get byak and build up his exclsuive and mods and when he has ex lvl 30 replace him with ikkaku.

oh my, that a high lv , i'm not only at him, i am making my team , my Forever one, so i am making ALL of them strong, not just one kkkk if i wasn't spreading , maybe i have been in 17 or 18 by now kkkk

So basically Ikkaku is the best assaulter for early and late game and the only time i use Byakuya is when im actually not so poor?

Yeah probably
Noitora and my yama are the highest for me
Everyone one else is at lvl 10 for now
