top up problem

Plz help me
I am facing a problem during top-up.
I tried to top up using my debit card via gate2shop but it always give the error as "The URI has disallowed characters". Dont kow how to fix it. Have tried different browsers but the problem exists.

check to make sure it didn't go through...  sometimes it gives me messages like that and the transaction goes through...  don't overspend on accident!!

thanks for the concern
I check everytime after i do the transaction, no balance reduction in bank account, no top up benefits in game, so i think it doesn't go through at all in my case

sounds like you are right, I've just seen people try to top up like $10, and do it several times before they realize they all went through...  I hate to see someone spend more than they meant to

i had the same problem as EvilMegs. i just gave up even trying to top up on here, now i only top up on FB server.
