replace dodge rate  its easy to reach 200% hit rate  also the game mechanic prioritize dodge over block so each time someone dodge it could be a block
add more wisdom for more strategy defense

this gear is getting ready to be swapped to Muken when I get him, but it's basicly the same as I've always ran it save I'm working more on agi now than in the past

and I understand this is apples to oranges as he is TSI

You need more block, i'd change your #2/5/6 mods into block, give him high wis accesories to increase your spirit def.
and you honestly should compare to stark as dichigo is the upgrade to him.

work on getting a zan that has 0% dmg reduction for your van, so senbon, hyorin, tensa. tbh tensa's mod on dichigo isnt great but it is a good overall zan, very balanced.
im showing noza for block and imunity rates (also b/c im getting rid of him soon) and my vip0 stark so you can compare. that stark doenst have much exlusive but being 40 lvls lower his stats being the same, you have room to ramp up.

Thanks Trojandrew, i actually have all mods currently on block with 10-12%, considering resetting 1st n 4th mod but my block's not quite high enough as it is now.. also planning on getting tensa soon so i have my hyorin benched with no fortify atm.

Also does anyone know the actual 2 set bonus stats for sets? my Hiki's Azure 2 set says +0.24 dmg rate/immune rate... but the wiki says 24% for both, Which of these are actually correct? if it's the latter.. is it worth going 2/2/2 (140/130/110) as an end goal on vanguard?

honestly you just need the def and the immunity mods, rest for block are good. for the sets, i run 4/2 so you get the immunity from both, running full 6 on van isnt great unless youre going for more dmg since u'll lose out on some immunity
