D.Ichigo is an upgraded version of Starrk, any stacked Starrk can play D.Ichigo pretty well.
Like the advices earlier, just drop the dodge stones for AGI or WIS, if your D.Ichigo is stacked (i doubt at your level) just put the fury stones to make him pure T1.

You don't have anything to teach me...What is so damn smart and difficult about throwing every resource u get on a single partner? Nothing at all...It can be useful, but even the dumbest ppl like yourself can do it..Nothing special..

for an off. vanguard, do you need to switch your mods to make them all block mods?

depends on the vanguard...   personally I find I get a LOT more defense and offense out of a stacked block stat and have stacked mine

tsi dosent need that much block mods  instead make it damage rate since with his bond invincibility dude he will be dancing alot of times not to forget his exclusive will make him a beast 1 hit kill  hope it help you

while I appreciate your advice, my block rate is what makes my TSI such a monster in the first place...  damage rate is all good and all, but block is better than damage rate all day long...

also, you said something about his bond invincibility dude...  what do you mean by this?

TSI has bond with invincibility effect, he has some % chance to trigger  invincibility on himself when getting attacked for 1 round. I think max chance to trigger it is 15% when you max out that bond with Ryumon Ikkaku.

oh, well ain't nobody got time to get vang Ikkaku for a max of 15% chance to not get hurt one round...  especially not even close to willing to drop 60% block rate for 60% damage rate and bank on that 15% that I may or may not be able to pull in within the next 8 or so months of grinding for a vanguard I'd never use in a million years...    but it's a good thought...   yeah,  good times, lol
