7k is only safe if your vip and can buy vit atleast 4 times a day. Otherwise i'd recomend to start with 8,5-9k. Your priority should be: ultimate-equipment sets > partner who you wont regreat waste exclusives on > zanpakuto > stones/hogus.

With your current set-up i'd recomend go for UBP over SA - your partners/zan are quite useless.

It's more then enough but don't use them until you see who is in ubp from then you have 9 days to use coupons

If you have  vip 4 it's gonna be close, you gonne need buy 4/5 times vit every day and dont miss any vit and that's so so ya can even not get it and if ya free to play ya can forget getting it with 7 k.... min 9/9.5k .

im going to be at 9k vit when ubp starts and 7k is not vit its coupons to spend on the vit
