yes he is...  fair warning...  without Hyorin he's quite squishy for a vang

He's quite 'squishy' anyways lol.
Better get Starrk(offensive with Senbon) or Hollowed Ichigo(defensive works with both Hyorin and Senbon)

IMO, without Koga, Starrk has lost a lot of steam IMO...  H Ichi is a good choice, but unless you are using a lot of red hogus, I'd still take Toshi over him as I'm a blocker and run Hyorin...  I'd wager I could wreck shop with Toshi (I mean if I didn't have both Noza and TSI, lol)
plus Nnorilta has gained quite a bit of steam in my book as you can easily get his block rate over 200% and if you can build him up well, he should do quite a bit of shop wrecking...  or so it seems to me with no first hand experience with him

Toshiro's stats would be noticeably lower. I don't care for much else lol
