Here are the reasons why:

He doesnt benefit other partners as a team, only to himself. After people start having KS, all his debuff and buff will be useless, because he is fast. Matches ususally ends in 2 rounds. His bond was impossible to get BEFORE due to high VIP ususally get rid of garbages in the partners list without wasting gold to expand the partner list and got better place to spend gold on. Most people will run 2-2-1 formation, Toshiro himself aren't enough to do the job what supports need to do. But you got Muken, so you are stuck with Toshiro, another support, Muken, Main and a VG, which hopefully is Bankai Kenpachi. (If you buy bankai kenpachi just for bond, that's plain waste of money, unless you are rich. You see how stupud it looks?). If you go for 1-3-1 (with Bankai Genryusei in there to fully use Shin Toshiro potential), CC potential isnt great PvP wise. But if you go 2-3-0, then same rule applies. (Oh I am going to buy this Bankai Kenpachi here for 30k gold or top up 40k + spend some for him, JUST TO LET IT SIT THERE AND FOR BOND). Bankai Yama, Bankai Ken, Muken Aizen and Shin Toshiro doesnt share enough bond, so it takes up a lot of space and won't activate as many bond as possible.

KS is a must to put in, because all of you are so GENEROUS, strip down to main and let everyone getting their hands on this broken ass Zanpakuto.

dont need his def mod?? lol. That's his greatest potential, is to survive.

yeah, everything ends in two rounds for top players, it will be different for high-low, they usually last more than 2 rounds. I have seen so many BR in the BR thread, I skipped battle after 3 rounds lol! Too long!

KS starts to take effect now, I am getting close to getting one myself, and that's after I got Muken.

Doesnt matter how OP partners that comes out, not even HVI comes too close to Muken. Supports arent meant for damage, so are VGs.

Yeah it's a big deal for stripping down, cuz it will only increase the rate of noobs getting Muken or KS, which they are no where deserving.
