No, they are separate powers. Soul reduces 40% damage regardless off who attacks you just as Destruction increases 40% damage regardless of who attacks you. That's how it works for all reincarnation powers.

The thing to consider is the additional 30% damage reduction you get when you are hit by an enemy. This changes based on the powers each opponent has.

Destruction Power has this guaranteed 30% damage reduction against all types of reincarnation (or lack thereof) *except itself.*

Same for Soul Power.

So, if two assaulters had Destruction, neither would get the 30% reduction against the other, but if it were some other type, it's guaranteed.

from what mayuri told me, you have to spend 10k coupons retrying them, then the soul power becomes possible to get, but only on the partner that you spent the 10k on

for someone leaning on the whole team, Ichebe can for sure be a great team player...  just not my cup of tea, lol...  plus I just finished paying off my TSI, so no way I'd make that swap, lol

Maybe a stupid question but do I need to tick the option which resets attribute power which costs 10 soul stones on top of that try for 200 coupons? Because that way I would need to waste 500 soul stones just to access that power which I dont even have

So, after I get soul power on one partner, I need to spend another 10k coupon/gold to get soul power on my second partner????

You are correct.  If you spend over the 10k, I think you have to spend up to a total of 12k for it to show up again.
