dumb question I know...  I got $50 ATM to top up, was waiting to see next events to make final decision...   After seeing the events, I'm thinking $25 today, and $25 tomorrow...  would I get better rewards to hit the full $50 when these events hit?  (note, I dont' need anything in the 2k range from Ultra hero if that changes anything)

My understanding was Minazuki was supposed to be a RJ counter...   she's a good zanpacto just didn't seem to hit the mark as even a decent RJ counter, but I'd take her over Tensa 10/10

With current event set you won't get any special reward from 50$ top up. Anyway why B. Rukia, she is still VG killer but she costs too much for a partner that is outdated. If you have some stacked gold why don't get Oetsu. He is not the  fastest supporter in game, but he is still one of the best dps pvp supporters in game. You can get him for 12k in Anniversary Feast while getting some great stones too. Also Anniversary Feast is always with Visored revenge so you can get all the rewards from it while spending gold. I know B. Rukia has swag and all, but man she really costs too much even with lease.

in the past I had already put 12k gold to her rent, so she's been taunting me...  plus not only is she a VG killer unlike anything else in the game to date, but her 200% AOE will help me on other fronts (ATM I only put in VG when running CSB, and she will help me as I've got a guy stacking up a Hiki on server and my Shinso just can't put her down round one...   plus she's the best looking partner in the game with the best looking skill too  XD

she's just for the swag more or less, lol

Honestly tensa is way better especially if your using TSI. The added defense on top of your heal you can outheal rj depending on the fight. Minazuki is kinda useless except for the - def% but waiting for ks is still your best bet. As for topping up I'd just save the card since neither of these events are great and we have the holidays coming up where they normally have great top up sales (last year was rj for ~125/150$)
