hey guys, just wanted to know
whats the chance of getting soul power in reincarnation?
how many coupons will it cost

After spending x amount of coupons, you unlock soul power and it should be fairly common to get after that.

As for how many coupons you have to spend in reincarnation... You will have to have someone else confirm. I think it was like 10k.

You get Soul Power by spending 10k. (the one where you get -x% damage dealt to your character)
I don't remember the one for the 2nd attribute though, it's either 20k or 50k(where your character has +x% damage onto your already % damage from reincarnating).
