it is increase all allies' block rate by 15%. they didn't put it can surpass 90%

I'd prefer getting koga to be honest, but at the same time koga isn't a sure thing while right now mugs is...think mugs is worthwhile if I'm running main-d.ichigo-yama-hiki-kisuke on tensa? My yama is my hardest hitter but he is really outdated so i need to start building another strong ass

i believe mugetsu is still good with tensa for pvp. he is surely better than yama (stats-skills etc). but the main reason he is a red partner so u can use red hogus on him. but if u gonna get muken first and close for gettin him u can pass mugetsu.

Sadly I can't get him, gonna wait for TSI/Koga in UBP next year.
