Red Ikkaku imo Beats panthera to the punch, yes its true panthera has high damage with 100 fury regen but he takes lvl 100 to actually upgrade before that cause of the raw stats and gold/Red hogu alone ikkaku will be doing more damage in PVP and PVE cause of his stats and the equipment thing isnt that big of an issue as you just need to carry a spare spirit blade weapon which is not that hard to carry as even most f2p players would be upgrading to ultimate gear by the lvl 100 radius and before that using lvl 70 or 80 Spirit forged spirit blade isnt that hard you just need to put some str and block stones from van on it.
As for the byak vs Ikkaku argument Ikkaku is generally better for f2p for the longest time  as byak needs his lvl 50 excsluive skill to outright shut down ikkakus damage to such an extent that justifies his EX skill which can take an f2p a super long time while ikkakus PVP based EX skill is better that byak the only thing byak wins at is death mod which is useless in PVE and has its uses in PVP.
For an f2p the mindset up to lvl 100 should be main PVE focus just enough PVP focus that you can occasionally clear CSB rows and keep a decent spot in arena.

Edit:I recomend you get ikkaku before kisuke as the damage boost from ikkaku would be superior thanks to Rukia already givivng fury and kisuke as a second partner will work even better with Rukia cause ikkaku can skill each turn if either two of the three(ikkaku,Rukia and kisuke) crit giving boosted fury just use momo as a temp support up untill you get your hands on kisuke.

combine kumamura with kokujo tengen myo.. fortify to lvl 10 kokujo and modify Kumamura. So kokujo will give him 10% def every round, kuma have 20% natural phys def and give himself 30% def for 3 rounds.. 6 star gives him 5% def per round and 7th 3% def per 10% hp loss. his evo will give him block and more def. kokujo gives 30% hit/dodge so in early stages dodge will be useful, but kumamura will be like a wall

Thanks for the advice .
I plan on getting grimm first and replacing him with nemu ( since nemu is useless and i already have 80 coupons from grimm ) and later plan on getting ikakku and kisuke and will be upgrading them both to red since i have around 2.3k of red reishi stored up .
My concern is that once i get ikkaku ill have too much choices to make , grimm ikkaku kisuke and renji all in there , so im planning on keeping kisuke and rukia as my supporters row , but am in a crossroads in what to replace and what to keep for pve , i have already invested in renji will have purple evo soon and already tier3 mod , grimm seems like he does quite damage but as you said is greatly outclassed by ikkaku in terms of stats and pve power , so what do i do get grimm and keep him until i get ikkaku and replace grimm with ikkaku or replace renji with ikkaku . How does grimm stand compared to renji ?

Edit : My current Zanpakt. is Kazeshini and will get Zabimaru today hopefully will take zabi to hogykai release in about a week and as far as i know he stacks well with renji so thats why i'm in some doubts .
