shinsui is really only good if you want to have a mini hiki on your team

T1 is no joke, and unless you tell me a cheaper easier way to T1 your team, Kiuske has merit...  Tenjiro has two good uses IMO, three if you count the rgn win vs strong Mukens

1) Clean up, run him behind a good strong AOE or Hiki even to land that admittedly hard hit on stronger foes as weaker ones were probably cleared out by your AOE attack

2) Get his Exclusive skill and use him as your crowd clearing AOE attack...  it's a longer route, but you really do get a very good partner, especially when you consider his price tag
