Is Pantera Grimmjow Worth it ?

I currently run rukia main shin isshin ( rented ) renji and sado for pvp and
rukia momo main renji shin isshin for pve , im currently level 78 and i plan to get kisuke once i hit 80 to replace momo in pve and am in doubts as for what should i do for my pve assaulters , should i keep shin isshin until i get ikkaku or remove shin isshin after his rent is over and replace him with ikkaku and then later on go for pantera grimmjow ( i already have 110 coupons )
So what i want to know is if it is really worth to get pantera and replace him with renji or i should just run shin for a while then go with ikkaku renji for my assaulters ?

Eh I think he's alright, but i'm pretty sure most options in tavern are better since you can you can upgrade them to red, which is pretty easy since witch's hut basically allows you to upgrade them for free.
