Starrk is the upgraded Hiraku more or less, but honestly, I'm thinking Nnorilta may give better rewards as a hard stacked blocker...  Although H Ichi with exclusive skill would probably give the best results IMO

he's very easy to upgrade, witches hut almost does it for you...   it's also very easy to change mods (change them all to block) and he has a block mod, which is why you can raise his block over 200%, which IMO makes him like a F2P Noza IMO

build up his block rate (mod swap) to at least 150%, and upgrade his sword and belt to make his set a 4/2 to get more of what he needs and less of what he doesn't (more attack and def, less speed)

This is my stark in US server 327, if H.I and Stark has both STats, same equips same mods, i think Stark can wipe a team like i saw CHuck did to my team,in CSB his stark wipe my team in server 8 T_T while H.I cant wipe a team, just my opinion.....

i used stark on my FB server b4 i got Noza there. its just my personal opinion that H.Ichgo is better. yes he was fully modded with exl skill

Hiki has been my main focuse there, she's still a bit slow
