How about i dont give a fk? If you like to stack t-12 Dodge/Break/Block/Counter in your inventory  ...

If you don't have to stack them in inventory, just sell them.

You said it yourself. In end-game stats like block/dodge/counter/break become irrelevant. As i mentioned in my post i dont care so much anymore about where this game is going, but i think there should be a logic behid game mechanics.  So to me logical solution would be remove/rise caps or lower % on these stones.

As for Evasion: You have to keep in mind that altho there is characters that can potentially rise Evasion a loot like Raijin, Koga. But there's also characters like B.Shunsui, S.Suifeng, Bambietta that rise hitrate/lower evasion a loot. So it make no sense when one stat isn't capped, while others are. So either cap every stat or remove cap from every.

Block/break/crit/counter isn't as screwed as hit/eva, what you wrote is true - you can either get extra block or extra break on your characters if you want via custom moddify. What i do not like tho is that it takes just 2 t12 stones for counter & break and 3 t 12 stones for crit & block - it should be harder to reach the cap or cap should be risen/removed. Because older players just gather these stones in backpack for no reason. For example: i have 4 t12 break, 5 t12 counter, 2 t12 crit and sh1t ton of t-10/11 stones in my inventory i get no use from since all my characters are aleredy capped long ago.

Hell NO! When i reincarnated and after that GGS added ToT - it took me ton of unnecessary effort to get into the last bracket. So i dont wana get screwed once again in a similar fashion. Also currently it does not make sense as it is, especially with the evasion vs hitrate.

K whats the plan pvp or pve?   If pve you don't even need a vg just pop on 90% on all attackers have koga on team and 3rd event wont hit you wave 100 easy if you got others on the server that can damage well and not die.  And for pvp dodge vs some players since hit rating doesn't have a cap... *what but all have 90% cap!!!*   not hit rating might think whats the point to have more than 300% hit rating... well for void.  But what about other stats that cap out.   No one is stopping you from making 2 lvl 12 counter and having your 90% from 2 stones.  Might take time but can be done same with other stats.   And in pvp no one is stopping you from removing your dodge or other stones for wis or agil or something your gear doesn't have.  If your only rocking 6 sockets per gear item, ok i can see it is alittle tricky to get stats where you want them.

Im speaking mainly about PvP and to some extent Void. In PvP evasion & crit play no role at all, block can play a minor role if you'r going for custom block nodes but it also doesn't mater in top-tier set-up's. Same can be said about Void, the only secondary stat that matters there is Hit-rate because it isn't capped. All others simply doesnt matter, so basically 0% evasion/block work just as fine as 90% or ~200% (with Koga+evo).

But that's not the problem, our void die within 10 sec anyways. What bothers me is that it is to EASY to reach current cap, this why 90% is pointless right now. I does not matter if cap will remain at 90%, 150% or no cap at all - it should be MUCH HARDER to reach the cap. So either rise/remove cap or keep the cap at 90% but reduce current t12 stone bonus from 45/30% to ~20/15%

Now with adv-gear it is easy to open socket holes on your gear. With 8 sockets my characters have maxed caps in every stat and 4 of them are T1 aswell - THIS IS WRONG! Imo players should sacriface one stat for another - it would give more options for different builds.
