I'm almost VIP 10, 30k gold more.

For PvE I use Rukia/Urahara supports, Main/Ikkaku/Kenpachi assaulters. I do over 600 million damage in ryoka.

Apparently I was wrong he does reduce enemy fury heh.

Spirit stone and zanpakuto ^^

Spirit stone give a great boost for u're bp because they give a multiplier effect of u're stat.
Same for Zanpakuto bonus.

So for exemple : If u have three hight ranking asaulters (spirit stone + Hohu + Gems ) and u use Kazeshini. U will have a major boost of u're BP.
But if u use Ashisogi Jizo with same team... U're BP will decrease a lot.

yeah but i don't think u have same spirit stone (from the start) as the highest bp player. It's make a big difference.

A full set of lv 6 spirit stone and a full set of lvl 8 spirit stone for strength (or wisdom for kido user) would make a great difference. U will gain something like 3 or 4 % minimum for each stone. So each time they upgrade stenght with Hogu or Hogyoku gems.... the difference is bigger and bigger. Same for other base stat and armor/weapon bonus.

Sametimes with bigger base stat it's more easy for them to pass Hollow king map opponent. And then they gain bonus sooner again.... Same for gear and other stuff.
So that little difference at start (bigger invest in spirit stone) make them able to have such a difference in BP at the end.
