Payment work first time not the second

Same story Ive read on the form. Made a payment first one went through no problems. The next one came up as an error declinded, so I tried one more time Same thing. Luckly it was a small amount but still.  If it show's up on my bill I want my gold.

With so many of these cases, I just think we're being robbed, straight to the face. And I don't even get why, they could make tons of money out of this game, and just choose not to give us our gold? And I only make these accusations, because most of the cases weren't solved/aren't anywhere near being solved.

Same with me they took my money with amopay and then I tried paywall, it worked so I topped up a larger amount and now it took my money and never got the gold

Yea, they're just taking our money, and don't care at all if we get our gold or not, if they actually cared, I think they'd work a little harder to fix this, I mean, this game can be a nice source of money for them, they can just enter some codes and gives us in-game gold, while they get real money, I don't get why they're doing this.
