Unless your enemy is a HVI

Then it's like a 50% chance or less of block after skill (less if mods are replaced with break def).

I don't like that he doesn't cc at all. If the enemy muken surives you're still dead.

well this one is more oriented dmg n buff to assaulter, if they give hime cc like bankai toshiro well...no need to bother anymore with 2nd support, he'd be damn much op

btw great job on the wiki hope to see the bond soon
