Will GoGames run out of partners to be present in the future? Like I would be very glad to have some new partners inside of tavern and they are red and can be upgraded to orange. And is there any other Zanpakutos that are left out besides Nozarashi?

don't worry, there are still some people topping up in this game, so we can hope for new events.

Noza, Benihime + with some imagination (same way as for KS) the ones from Yoru or Isshin... also they could make shin versions of Tengen, Ashizogi, Senbon, Tensa...
partners : Bankai Mayuri, Ukitake "King Version", Fullbringers, Hanataro,... the list can be long
