So Im still lv88 and I still havent been able to buy SWP kenpachi frags. So im assuming thatyou need lv 85 to get him is false. What level can i start farming his coupons and what level for aizen SWP unless his is true.

Its lvl 100 for SWP aizen and lvl 90 for SWP kenpachi if i remember correctly
