I know that bug. Well, it never happened to me but I guess you can't do anything. Some people receive the title at one shikai zanpakuto, and the others at two.

if u had 1 zanpakuto to shikai before u got the Title achievement section then that one doesn't count. i noticed that to mine aswell long time ago,

since there is no one to look into these issues here, your only hope is to get another zanpakuto to shijai
