Could someone please exlpain me why you consider this a good event to top-up?

People often say that Reio is a good top-up event, because at the first day you get a fury stone for topping up 200 Gold and at the second(?) day you can get 8 Fury Stones for completing all four tasks and normally you wouldn't be able to get them for this price.
