I have been thinking about this and, everyone post your dates of birth, and your account UID number (found on your forum profile page) I'll try get a system set up, that will load 500 coupons on the persons account who's birthday it is.
If anyone trolls, double posts, whatever, everyone loses out.

better get the details from the account page which has an entry for birthday, that should be easier to mine. so just tell all to update their account with their birthdate

i would say give them a timeline, to update it, and once they do and on so and so date, the dates will be recorded and then no changes can happen after that. you can collect info every month or so and even know if anyone changed it or not. this way you can validate it much more easily and not rely on UID and numbers in thread and try to double validate it . let the gogames dev know , they will understand and be able to make it clear to you on why that would be more easier.

Thanks for your concern, but I will do it this way, going to each persons profile to collect the date is annoying, not to mention, lots of people do not have their real birth dates on their profiles, and dome don't know how to even add their birthday. So again, I'm good doing it this way, where I can multiple bday's in like 5 mins, they are all on a page for me ready, all in one place.

you DO NOT need to go to profile page to check their bdays page.

current method(margin of error possible)
-user go to the profile page to check UID
-user come to this thread and add their UID, bdays
-you collect them and give to dev (you need to do this every time you visit the page)
-dev then collect data from you
-dev validate and set the b'day system ie adding coupons for bdays

method i mentioned(zero error possible)
-users go to profile page and enter their bday there

lots of people do not have their real birth dates on their profiles, and dome don't know how to even add their birthday

how will you know if the ones they are providing here are true, hence that doesn't even add up to be a case.

anyways, you are the mod, your wish. i just clarified on how easier it will be otherwise. good luck

This does seem like a nice idea... but i think if tweaked as celebrating the anniversary of a server vs each person's b-day, it might make the implementation slightly easier. Although, I'll be the first to admit I know absolutely nothing about programming for games so I could be absolutely wrong with that!

A smart girl once told me this suggestion:
Why don't ask the Game Admins to give everyone the same reward on the same day.
Like give the 500coupons to everyone for bleach's 1st anniversary. (this way the people that aren't reading forum, will be able to partake in this 'event')
