What server are you on because that partner was in last UBP event not the one that starts tomorrow.

its a glitch that some people experience. I'm not sure as to why exactly it happens but you are not alone in this

I believe someone on forums said before that you'll get the current award even if the previous one shows for you.

I can be having the yoruichi or when the fault is fixed me removed

The reward will show as Yoruchi but when you claim it the reward you get should still be nanao

I'm sorry I don't understand your english very well :/
I'm guessing you're still thinking that you'll get shinigami yoruichi as the reward. If that's what you were trying to say then no, you will get Smart Nanao from this ubp. Even if the layout shows that Shinigami Yoruichi is the reward you will still get nanao if you collect the right amount of crystals.
