Hello guys i want to know what partners are used for the rest of the game, so u can focus on modify and evolve it. I am sure urahara, dark rukia, rukia and unohana are endgame partners.

Judging from your list so far, I'm going to assume you're low VIP. In which case, some of the swp partners would be pretty solid endgame as well as the csb partners of course.

Tavern: Urahara is definitely worth modding but I'd save evol for other partners. If you choose to go with stark as vanguard he's worth evolving. I also have lvl2 evol on Ikkaku for extra combo rate just for pve events.
SWP: I'd consider evolving Ulquiorra and Nel (and of course aizen and kenpachi if you can collect that many tokens)
Dark Rukia would be decent evolving for pve events if you don't plan on replacing her.
I wouldn't focus on unohana, I don't find her that useful especially for pvp at higher levels.

endgame partners: mugetsu, white ichi, dual blade, demon ichi, csb aizen, csb ken(pve purpose), swp aizen, swp ken, shinigami urahara, cute orihime(pve purpose), shinso gin, isshin, yamamoto and kenpachi unohana

naw csb byakuya is to low compared to the likes of yama, white, mugetsu etc

I think End Game partner for now would be like...

VG:
- Hollowed Ichigo / Starrk (Non-VIP)
- Nozarashi Kenpachi (Mid VIP)
- True Shikai Ichigo / Demon Ichigo (High VIP)

Assaulters:
- Quincy Uryu (Non-VIP) / Shura Kenpachi and Hakuteiken Byakuya (might take a long time)
- Shin Resurrecction Ulquiorra / Isshin Kurosaki (Mid VIP)
- White Ichigo / Mugetsu / Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto (High VIP)

Support:
- Aizen / Gin Ichimaru / Kyoka Suigetsu Aizen (might take a LONNNGGGGG time) (Non-VIP)
- Cute Orihime / Ultima Aizen (Mid VIP)
- Shinso Gin (High VIP)

Let me know if I missed something lol... But in the end of the day, it depend on your formation.

You need to be VIP 6 I believe for SWP Aizen, so your list is off a bit since it's making it look like he's free.

for f2p and low vips i think gamuza nelliel(for pvp) have the best evo and for pve shura kenpachi when u reach 4k stones
when they add new tavern partners probably nelliel may not be that good but for sure kenpachi will remain powerful in pve

Ulima Aizen is VIP 6. The Aizen that I was talking about was the CSB one.

Ulquiorra worth evolving, really? I've seen few people getting him, that's why I'm so curious why he was added to the list. I've seen very few people actually getting him, I'd expect maybe panthera grimmjow, nel gamuza, CSB kenpachi and aizen, and maybe daikuren toshiro.

Ulquiorra confuses me a bit. And why not evolve kisuke? He makes my team T1 with some fury stones, so he's very valuable to me.

Nice job. This is a nice list only thing I would change in it is Starrk.
I would put him to mid VIP due to need of high stones on him.

However this all can change in a couple of month (red reshi in tavern)
We will seen what they are planning to add, It would be nice to get something new like Juma Bach or whatever his name is, or 0. Squad. We could hvae a new healer with heal all skill.
