you can voice your opinion all you want about it in here, i honestly dont care... just would like some logic to come to the game after over a year at least...

Logical Example: if a character misses whichever characters (if they hit more than one) their debuffs and buffs do not apply at all (like giving fury, giving crit, giving aid, giving combo, etc. etc.)

Illogical Example (what is happening now): if a character is missing they are applying debuffs to enemies and buffs to allies still

People like Kisuke have 2 different things whilst happening on their skill, one that is the attack (growth rate included, who they attack etc.) And the abilities it gives off.

Your Gamuza Nel, same thing, has the ability for it to attack (Attacking assaulters or whatever), and decreasing their hit rate (After ability)

If you're really complaining about this, this should happen to your partners too remember, then your Gamuza can't do its -Hit Rate % Decrease ability

Your problem is futile, and it's only due to the fact that you have certain partners that are countered by fury gain.

Also its the same damn thing as having a partner that gives Crit rate to himself

so what, if he misses, he wont get a crit rate increase?

there are 2 parts (or more) to a skill, the attack, and the effects.

i agree fully towards my Nel's spell not working on the characters she misses (if she does, which is more than unlikely to happen considering no one puts dodge on assault and support) im 100% fine with that, because it is logical... so say by any chance she attacks say 4 people 2 assault 2 supports, just an example of 1 2 2 formation... she hits 1 assault and 2 supports, the one assault she misses should not receive the debuff of her spell but the other 3 should... this is logical, and as i said before i am ok with that due to the logic

Using Kisuke for example (And everyone as to the first part) - EVERYONE has a 2 part skill or more, what i mean by that is, is that it goes into this:

What's illogical about you is, you're extremely biased. "My Gamuza Nel never misses, so it doesn't concern me" or whatever, and what IF she did? Stop looking at things from your view, you have a vanguard? Pretty sure you're vanguard has missed before, his skill won't work then. Then the skill won't work. end of, no more. <----- that's your logic, unfairness, and downright stupid as you miss the attack, and not gain the buff for actually gaining 100 fury itself.

As i said about a partner that gives crit rate... so what, is the partner after pulling off the skill not allowed to gain crit rate bonus? Even after going through 1+ rounds to gain 100 fury, to then lose it? Your system is unfair, illogical to the GAME as a whole and shouldn't even have been posted onto here, or at least you should have realised by now, that it's a stupid thread.

Imagine low players who don't have good hit rate, you're not god, what because you don't miss so everything should be around you always hitting now? gtfo.

did you not read the what i just stated about Kisuke? Are you blind?

I just stated about the WHOLE game and how it works with it's skills, and about 100 Fury and the rounds, are you genuinely blind?
Edit: No it's not like a pinata, you know why? Because swinging with a bat is not a skill in game (Because ya know, real life, game.. not a great comparison)

and swinging with a bat is only 1 action

what does Kisuke's skill say AND everyone else's? 2, 2 or more.

this change that you're talking about is to everyone, literally, everyone, those that are low lvl, and high.

They miss? Unfair to them, they can't pass certain stages where they need to hit a certain skill

they can't beat a certain opponent because of the unfairness point within the system

there's a reason why they implemented such a system, so it doesn't become absolutely shit which you apparently can't see.

Logically, yes. As mentioned above, there are two parts of a skil : a) the dmg rate/which targets it attacks b) the after effect. If I threw a grenade at you and somehow you managed to dodge it, wouldn't you hear and feel the explosion?

Why are we even discussing such a matter? We all know how it works, we've been doing so for the past year, we are used to this method. Then why just say it's illogical and put up a rebellion? The secondary effect for which everyone is losing their balls takes effect if the character is able to use their skill regardless of the fact that their direct attack hits their target or miss. Please stop this pointless argument and think a way to stop your opponent's characters from using skills if the skills effects are causing you problem. (You can always use on Fury Deduct and Stun skills to do so).

that's a guess, an estimated guess which isn't even clear enough to correct yourself with since it's in the range of 10

You get accurate IQ when doing the test, when repeated, lower/higher due to speed and repeatability

you have 112% because of evolutions. even if yachiru have a mod to surpass the 90% cap giving to her 10%, the cap will be 100% (base status). with evolutions you get a little bit more but you cant get more dodge in any other way. so lets say you reach maximum 120% dodge with her with max evolutions. someone with 220% hit rate hit you for 100%. i hope that is the answer with sense you are seeking.

some char's bond attr also gives that additional stats apart from the capped stat.

so now its evo and bond that is the only way to increase the cap
