I'm fighting for first right now in csb, I have a pure turn 1 Shinso, first/second (soon hopefully since I can beat him) has a pure t1 B.Rukia. We are the only T1's so far in our csb though. It's the natural progression of things.

When I mean pure it's cuz pure word (atleast for me) means it doesn't have nothing mixed with, and dat doesn't mean something dat isn't pure is dirty, example the air dat we breath isn't pure has some things mixed with

i don't really think that getting T1 on your Mugetsu will have any effect on his team at your current state ... would take more work ...

edit: i just realized that u have isshin.... but i still think that you need more than T1 on him ...

A guy many notches from #1 in my CSB (same as Kosmo's) has a pure T1 Mugetsu and a pure T1 Bankai Rukia and Mugetsu goes first. He has True Shikai also, but not T1 (he's clearly not spending enough).

Lol that's Takagi Itachi isn't it? I'm fairly sure he quit, haven't seen him online in weeks. He'd easily be 3rd or 4th right now in csb otherwise lol. Makes me feel bad for everyone that gets him sitting in their first few rows

Shinso is considered to be one of the fastest partners in game currently, and even IF mugetsu happens to be faster than him I don't think it would be by much, you could make adjustments. Using shinso to T1 is a cheaper alternative to having to get all those stones for each partner individually. Could use that money else where....Gear? More Partners? w.e
