it says the 3 people effected cant RECOVER fury or hp. does this mean they cant gain as well? is this a fury restrict?

he gives fury restriction (cant get fury) and laceracion (cant recover hp) to 3 random chars
Example: Fury Restriction: if kisuke gets the debuff, he can skill but he wont recover fury as his skill says cuz of the debuff
Laceration: if starrk gets the debuff, he will skill and he wont get hp from his skill

Starrk always get his hp back, trust me

he's immune to debuffs

yama's good but his skill is kinda glitched where if you kill someone with it they may still be one of the 3 that gets those debuffs

Even with swp ulq it happens, cuz he applies buffs before deal dmg I think
