I've heard from people who use Isshin that despite it saying 35% combo rate from fury attack, they almost always get a combo.

Is Shinigami Kensei about the same despite it saying 30% combo rate? I have not met anyone with him on our server.

He is not the same. It is 30%. It gets high because it is additive with normal Combo.

He's nerf'd compared to the china version. Be thankful he isn't 100% fury and 270% growth rate
