I am in a debate i am dropping 100$ a week just so i can get either but which is best D:...
Reason?

Demon ichigo: Hp restores by 55% which is fantastic and good dmg.

True Shikai: well.... Fk ton of Dmg... nuh said

well both are fairly good. tsi will do more dmg with his skill but his basic hit is bugged and only does 5 dmg. demon still does great dmg, but also provides a team damage reduction in the form of Aid, as well as the really nice self heal and both of them are great in pvp and hollow soul maps. so out of thoes 2 i would go with demon. but ichibe does pretty much the exact same thing and is almost 1/3 his cost. also you would get none of these 3 for $100. cheapest i have seen TSI is 35k gold ($880) cheapest i have seen demon is 30k ($750) and ichibe is 12k ($300).

aa is auto attack, and like i said. if u have a team that does decent dmg and u just need the survivability. then honestly ichibe is better for you . TSI is worth it if you need the dmg as well

my bad i mis-read what you said about that, but if you really want to go all out, i would recommend topping up 40k gold at once on a top-up event that provides tensa. (ulti charge would be absolutely amazing for that if they bring him back in that event again) but other then that your only other option would be pyramid for him. Then take that 60k(40k topped +20k from supervalue's 50% rebate) or if he actually came in ulti charge  you would have another 60% or 100% more depending on how many actually got him in there. then spending all of that gold in anniversary event on stones and then spending the points you get from that on the partner(s)/items of your choice

They both get boosted by Tensa.
Although, TSI more defensive from lvl 10 - 50 and 100 fortify.
Demon Ichi gets a 25% chance - 50% chance to get 5 fury back.

D ichi is a super upgraded Starrk, plus you can use him while you pay for him if you get from limited lease, plus he's cheaper in the long run...  TSI is great but my vote goes to D ichi

So in my server S251 i am no.1 but in S250 there is a guy that tops at least 60k gold every new Battle Partner deal... O.o i have just counted up his total from those 3 events alone... 162k gold.... who has that kind of money. cant wait for the merge

about you question, i think Demon Ichi is rly good, why?
his aid rate is epic, when you will have Ultimate Aizen his talent 10% aid, mod 12% and max evo lvl 19% +45% from Demon Ichi skill
So Demon Ichi heal and Ultimate Aizen aid rate= wombo combo

Would make sense though, alot of people would just choose the first server naturally, so I guess they don't need it

true shikai is better than demon ichigo because of their modification and stats. Both of them has no unlimit block or dodge, with this case they so weak to stun and fury restriction. true shikai's modification has immune to stun, silence and fury restriction and this is criticaly important for offensive vangard
Anycase nozarashi with 6th 10-12lvl block stones and hyorin\tensa\katen is better than both of them

tsi is powerfull really top vanguard, i hope can to have it on long time in ubp because it isn't only a vanguard but also a strong assalt.... ;)

TSI is definitly the way to go, everything about him is better then demon ichigo. his growth rate is better,skill is better, even his exclusive is and his modify aren't all that bad either, tho i would replace one or 2 of his modify
Edit: TSI will most likelynever be in ubp maybe ichibe or human komomura but never TSI
