actually you need to buy 5 chests, not all 6, and it will cost 3,4k gold, which is worth in my opinion.

So top up 1k and use 3,4k = you get muramasa.

yes they are. all 3 aizens are linked to muramasa. take a look in the zanpakuto fortify

aizen wasnt made to deal dmg, and i doubt someone will focus on his dmg when has CSB and/or Ultima aizen, i'd recommend to get another supp if u want a full brute force team
