and nemu on the back....im planning on getting orihime since i need a better healer but i'm thinking of kaien.... or do i wait it out on golden ichigo 7 days pack

Thing is...i'm lvl 40 xD i can easily get renji cause i have 10 mil silver (i wasted 5 mil to get 200 Purple soul)

why get Kaien then ? he is literally a usless piece of crap that you will stop using after level 50
It won't take more than 5 days to get to level 50 ... and 7 day ichigo isn't event better -__- but if you don't have someone good enough to fill kaiens place then use 7 day ichi and replace him with renji when you hit level 50

Try to look at the Legend Gallery, depending on what you have/need, you can recruit some partners and even make profit with it.

As for Kaien vs. Ichi, Kaien is far superior in ES/Ryoka events.
