My current set up

Zangetsu
Hallow Ichigo --> Nozarashi later on
Isshin - Main
Shin Kyoka Aizen - Shinso Gin

I'm leaning toward Hikifune, because I like her speed, fury reduction, and invincibility

I've heard tons about B.Renji and his abilities, however, on my server, B.Renji would get rekt'd before I could use him =/

Tier 11 hogus are just godly, but there's no WOW like with new partners, haha
What should I do?
Please post with reasoning.

T1 Hiki is godly for pvp, if you dont have her you should get her.

she is one of those characters that should more expensive considering her abilities

It really depends on what your aim is.

BRenji is amazing in PvE. I just got him myself and I have no regrets. He is not meant to hit first, but with his combo and crit it does a nice amount of damage.

Hiki is well god. You have a T1 Hiki its pretty much a life saver in PvP. PvE she is good. But not BRenji good.

So depending on where you sit depends on where you should lean.

Tier 11 Hogus are awesome. As long as you can upgrade them. Speed is always the best options for them.

ryuken is great in pve, his dodges are very useful!

Berserk Renji isn't about PVP, I personally find him really good for pvp still but his strengths are PvE.

Then it comes down to who will you replace. Will you go with the 3-1-1 or a 3-2-0. Again what your aim is will be the key decision.

I don't want to lean too far one way or another.

I'd like a damage boost, and PvP is more fun to me as I skip a lot of the PvE events due to scheduling

use be.renji in pvp if you have hiki so that his speed wont play a spoil sport. and since hiki goes first, be.renji will get that dmg buff too, and will rekt those 2 he attacks. use ultima for pvp and gin for pve(if u ever do pve ie). ultima sud tc of those heavy duty VGs. the rest u sud have taken care of any which ways ..
if not be.renji then get some tier 11 hogus, one agi and one wis for hiki and get some mod frags for her. so u can still use isshin (with a tier 11 str hogu)and his debuff in pvp is amazing too if he gets to skill

why doesn't anyone talk about oetsu? he's a better endgame partner imo if you mod him far enough, just my opinion though haha

Probably because Hikifune's easy to mod, relatively. If it wasn't for her attack boost, I wouldn't use her. Just get Oetsu and Senjumaru to one- or two-shot her. Even if she survived somehow, with her fury reduced and restricted, she already has a foot in the grave.

yeah definitley, thats why i mean that Oetsu wud be insane in the long run. but hiki's relatively quicker and easier to power up xD

The problem is the long run. Many ppl said how the other partners are counter to hiki and some maybe even faster and what not but the simple fact is that you just need 3rd mod on hiki for her to be godly which is easy to do with all those accelerating events for her..and you need last mod at others to counter her invincibility and like 5th on oetsu for him to have a chance to be faster.. Unless you are big spender who can just mod them that far almost instantly, hiki is far superior for her price and will be kicking others asses for a year before they reach the mods needed.. there is higher chance that new partner who will be better and faster during first mod will be released sooner than you mod far enough.
So if you are hardly ever present for pve events I would go with hiki, her skill is simply OP and makes unnerfed isshin looks like complete crap.. honestly they shouldnt give her that invincibility... bonus dmg and fury deduct together with her speed is enough..

I am inclined to agree.. Hikifune is just too good to pass. PvP right now is almost all about who has the faster Hiki... she doesnt even need the invincibility, and then her damage buff makes her good for pve as well. Whats not to like?
