He still has those things. He just doesn't have the 20% Agility talent anymore that was never stated. His 10% speed halo is still invaluable for those who can get it, but he will never be a front-runner anymore.

He had AGI talent when it was Wis. He is still good if you want to use him for his 10% speed mod with Senju with me. He's still has a odd place in pve/pvp. I mean odd as he's not good at 1 thing In particular and needs others partners to be relative.

Maybe they will finally fix TSI with the skill updates. (Heck, it won't matter if he regens fury lol. Maybe that was their solution to fixing it xD)

Well, that said, my Oetsu is just sitting in reserve waiting for his 6th mod to boost my Hikifune+Senju, and I wanted him to be slower than the two anyway, so he gets rid of the VG or highly stacked char (Yhwach) with his mutiliate.
