of course, his price is freakin terrible. But as a character I feel he's somewhat cool for pve seeing as how he gives like 40% block to whole team when he's modded enough and since he has that talent he'll block a lot as well

Who Here can remember when we{Not Me} made a post on (Create a Partner and Give his Stats/Skill, I remember saying HE would be in game soon but i thought they would give him something like AOE Poison/Burn or probably heal[a healing assaulter: AOE attack and cast HOT]but i guess they thought it would be to predictable)

I simply disagree, you're wasting an assaulter slot on someone to give some block when you could just stack stones on your assaulters like most people already do, and get a really solid pve character like b.renji.
He's literally useless.

His shield and block is quite desirable, but (!!!) he is VERY slow and a 120% skill without 100 fury gain and no dmg/atk% mods make him a absolute no-go...

On top of that, he's a assaulter while his own Zanpakuto gives bonus only to Kido atk... <>_<>

At the end of the day, I see exactly 1 use for him: if you have a stacked Yhwach, he'd be close to invulnerable with that block.

If you think about that block for PvE, you can just get CSB Kenny (well... if you're in a decent CSB spot), since he reduces break def which I heard works in pve events.

^This. unless they bring out a new event which requires above 90% block.. cuz as of now you're pretty much stacked for pve with 60-70%..

Shura -break def works just as fine, and has a much much better growth rate on skill. Actually I think he will be fine for pvp especially for stacking. With that block rate he will block any attack and can tank pretty well as it seems. Maybe not that great for late late game, but meh dunno

No that shield sucks. It only works on forms of control. Notice that the debuff from soi fon still works on him even when it's up. He's complete and utter trash.

his agility make him exactly how he needs to be, what everyone complaining about, give him 6.0 speed with 100% fury, then u might aswell just play with him and ur main, especially when fully mod, like this atleast you need to put the correct team and strategy to make him work

This partner is a nice example of how the company making this game doesnt give a slightest shit if their partner's abilities corespond with the anime/manga characters.... Mayuri should have poison effect skill and probably some buff/debuff like reducing speed/defense or whatever something of that sort..Demon ichigo or ressurection ulquiora should be one of the fastest and strongest partners currently in the game.. instead ulquiora is slow as fuck and his dmg is average and demon ichigo has crap stats for the price they want for him not to mention he would fit an assaulter better than a vanguard.

Would be a pretty good Vanguard though. But as an assaulter? I'd prefer to keep my Isshin...

I tried him. On ru servers he get block only to himself and 35% from talent doesn't break limit. Your only hope is that he's different for eu serversand gives block to all.
