Increase the amount of modifying fragments we can get daily for our characters, 15 would be a nice number.
Add in new rewards for beauty game.
Add mod soul pills as a reward in events.
Put Mura an Zangestu is discount frenzy already.

Simple things really -
Fireballs during GW so 1 person can't run the whole thing and never die (is a UN function)
New char portraits for full evo.
Coupons for daily VIP's are a joke, but then again so are coupons for the most part.
Speed things up - it shouldn't take 3 years to full mod a character, that's kinda silly.
Ability to change main's position, IE VG/Sault/Supp

They fixed xp for the most part so yay...but building suits over 110 = another 8-9 months + of farming to S forge it.

Some god damned localization as far as translations go and fixing the clipping issues for text like on bonds and stuff. Being able to tell wtf it requires on bonds and conquest of might reqs might be nice.

Maybe easier tavern picking? xD And it would also be nice if we can "spar" with friends without earning any experience! The rewards can be spirit stones, silver or enchantment stones.

Passives and to make this game not based on speed have some diversity when it comes to the deciding factor in a match also i think a trade system would be very interesting and i seen someone say something like this before but being able to put things in blackmarket for sell for say blah blah gold,silver and/or stones for a 3 star modded mugetsu(just an example) and let gogames make a cut maybe a real money auction house < not the greatest idea it would be useless after a certian point in the game or like team battels me and my friend vs you and your friend watch the battle with everyone in it my friends buffs work for my team and visa versa    and dif gear with diff things like being able to forge said ultimate equpments or a sword that gives you 10% atk buff 10%life leech and thorns<atker takes dmg    or boots that have a 2-3%immune or when being atked have a chance to counter atk 40% growth rate

First, need some new useful female characters in tavern. Why they don't make something like Rukia bikini, Neil bikini, Unohana or at least other ver Soifon, bankai Yachiru ...   I'm a free player level 120 so I don't have any choice and have to use Tavern characters but almost female characters in tavern is low level or useless like Soifon, Unohana is the only female character i can use now. Recently victory conditions in Bond battles and Conquest midnight that requires female characters must survive or remain their hp make I have a serious headache while theyr continue to release more and more male characters day by day, it's so gay .

Second, need some new free Zanpakuto for high level players. it's so boring to use just 2 zanpakuto Zabimaru & Kazeshini all day and all 999x10 soul I got from hunting is useless now because I upgrade them to max for a long time

Dummies for bond. It's too stupid to see free partners needing "gold" partners to be bonded. And it's also unfair that some partners can be bonded using just 1 day lease... So a shop with dummies for like 200? 500? coupons and you could get anyone, just usable in bond system

We need few things and this game would be so much much better.
1. More PVE stages(not ones that you need to do every day like conquest of might, but something where you need to become stronger and progress, like hollow map is).
2. More skills for main character, maybe not in soul map, but other pve stuff to get it.
3. Pve stuff where you could make your main character stronger(ik about main evo, but thats is not even close to enough). For example unlimited ninja have six path arcanum, samsara land and now even 8 gates opening(this one is insane, in long run makes your main like a BEAST). Then main character at last will be usable again.
4. Something like reicarnation in unlimited ninja, to make all characters stronger and lvl up faster.

A few stats not changing with Evos
Tavern not giving reshi when you beat a NPC (Has happened to me a few times but not a big deal)
Grammar, and words going of the sides, and mispelling (Not really bugs though 'bugs' the crap out of me pun intended)
Sometimes spirit stones won't appear when you open a spirit stone box.

Well lets see...not everything is something new but there is lot of things to adjust or fix as well
fix kirinji evo
adjust evo on partners so they actually benefit from it... remove combo from vanguards and put something useful there like immune/def/attack etc
accessory inherit.. How is this not in the game from the beginning I will never know...
add stages to world map.. It ends with 126-130, I even have a quest into stage which doesnt exists yet..
make trial tower (140+) easier so you dont need to spent 10k+ $ to beat that or allow reiatsu bonus
reduce the def on enemies in xp instance or allow reiatsu bonus
make ES able to level further than lvl 150
adjust ryoka so it is playable with more than 5 players...
reduce the amount of materials needed for 120+ forged equipment + less material for spirit forge, atleast 50% reduction... Right now the cost is so insane that you will sooner level up to be able to do new eq without having the materials to actually craft them... I made lvl 130 forged set when I was lvl around 135 (it was at that time that they actually added it), right now I am lvl 142 and I am not even close enough to have enough stars to spirit forge new lvl 130 eq let alone 140 one..and I get more than before thanks to shinigami agent...
atleast double or triple the amount of mod fragments we get from dojo for all partner... it takes few years to fully mod event partners and especially older ones like shinso suffer from that because they have useful mods like speed too far not to mention it will only discourage  players who cant just buy ton of universal mod frag to get to something useful from buying new partners because something better will come up sooner than they will get somewhere with the mod..
reduce the amount of mod fragments needed to mod ultima... seriously.. he is nothing special and his mod takes more time than event partners ten times better...
add some way to change the appearance of main character in different ways
increase the amount of hollow spirit we get daily by..... a lot.. it is a bit like mod fragments.. we get so little compared to how much is needed to open the map that it will take average player years to fully open the map for just one character
adjust the amount of souls that drop from ryoka according to wave and player level.... same as the above.. getting too little and we need to much too progress...

Thats probably everything I can think of at the moment

The problem with this thread's title is that GoGames copies most of whatever China does. It's really the original creators who are responsible for what gets added most of the time. GoGames just chooses whether they want to do the same.

The simplest thing ever to get in there:
A test fight. Not as in PTR shizzle, but seriously. Testing your formation, your dmg across the board on some kind of target dummy : same level, etc. Just that soaks dmg, where you can see what is actually wrong / right about ur formation. This would help in PvE. For PvP. Meh, more proper, low cost, high rated partners wud be sufficient
