so if i am reading correctly
partners require lv 15 exclusive skill level to gain their skills
and lv 70 is required for the growth upgrade?
ALRIGHT I BOUGHT 8K WORTH OF GOLD so 10 tries got me all this junk and a buncha cultivation

It seems to be lvl 15 for red partners and lvl 10 for gold.
lvl 10 for main even though mine is red.

why hiki

she goes from 50% attack buff to 30% and reduces 15fury
but
she regains teams fury by 15 pretty good pvp wise because im replacing shinso with senju
and ill leave my assaulters at 85 fury
pve wise ill use her normal skill for the 20% more attack or mess with her to see what works best

Lol anyways, I've upgraded Senju to lvl 18 on it. Some important facts to note. LEVEL 15 IS FIRST GROWTH RATE INCREASE, NOT SKILL.
The level you see next to the description of the skill is the level you will get the skill at. So lvl 70 in the case of most event partners.

Secondly, you have a chance of getting 100, 200, 300, 400, or 500, fragments from the gold chances. One of my gold chances gave me 2 500's as you can see here

Thirdly, it's important to note that it appears that the cost per upgrade may start to rise at some point. It's super late here so I forgot to pay really close attention to the cost of upgrades, but it is more than +10 per level as you can see here

lvl 18 to 19 is 220 fragments btw

I used the 10k gold I had. 800 of i was used on buying more chances, another 400 of it was used on trying that special cultivation things ( it gives you one of the 4 rewards shown there randomly), and the rest was used on gold 10x attempts.

Yeah, that special cultivation thing...isn't really worth the time...unless you see something good...I don't know what they could put up there that would be worth it. I basically tested everything but the 800 gold one since I only had 2k gold or less.

Smart Nanao can be very good... in the right place that is... she backs up Soph Rangiku and Starrk nicely, prob all uber vangurads, esp those that boost their supports

nothing else i could use it on haha..
